As you are aware we have decided to close school today due to 2 confirmed COVID-19 positive tests. 

Initially,we received notification of a confirmed case in the Early Years bubble so we decided to close this bubble (Reception & Nursery only). However we then received notification that Derbyshire County Council had closed the school kitchen due to a confirmed case and a further suspected case. Because of this, we had to make the decision to close the entire school for 24 hours as we could not provide school meals.  During this time we will carry out a deep clean and seek further advice from Public Health England.  Work will be posted on Google Classrooms shortly.
