Prefects and House Captains
Prefects
A prefect is someone who must be responsible, approachable and above all else hold the Christian and behavioural values of our school in high esteem. Our prefects have been chosen from those who applied and those who were selected by their class teachers and Mrs Bland and Miss Wilson. They are children who we feel are able to lead by example, listen and show kindness towards others, and be able to be called upon to represent our school.
- They are children who never need to be reminded of how they should behave. Whether that is in class, around the school building, in the playground or outside of school.
- They are children who are role models within lessons and assemblies; they consistently engage within what is being taught by offering answers and remaining on task at all times.
- They are children who get involved in school clubs and who push themselves outside of the school environment.
- They are children who show leadership skills by being able to listen to others, offer advice, think critically and know when to seek help.
- They are children who throughout their time at school have been able to exemplify our values of Hope, Peace, Love, Forgiveness, Justice and Joy.

House Captains
Our houses are named after four inspirational and courageous advocates. Our House Captains resemble these people by motivating their peers and setting an example for them to follow across all areas of our school community. House Captains have to stand up for what is right and push themselves and their teams towards greatness. They have an active role in helping to lead whole school events such as sports days and charity events.
