Nursery Admission Appeals Procedure
Any appeals against non-admission should be received in writing at least 20 school days from the date of the unsuccessful notification letter. This may include any additional evidence which parents or carers which to submit. Any appeal papers should be sent to the clerk to governors, who will in turn form and appeals panel, made up of members of the full governing body. Any notification of appeal hearings will be sent, in writing, giving at least ten school days' notice.
