The School Age Immunisation Team will be coming into school very shortly to implement the Flu Vaccination Scheme for 2019.  All children from Reception to Y6 are eligible to be vaccinated. 

 

This year all forms are computerised and need to be completed on line.  The information is available here on the school website, under Parents' Information, Useful Information, Letters to Parents.
