Dear Parents/Carers,

You will be aware of the recent weather forecasts and amber weather warnings forecasting heavy snow in our area tomorrow (Thursday 8th February). It is always our aim to keep school open however, we must also prioritise the safety of pupils, parents and staff.

 

We cannot predict if and when the snow will come, however we can keep you updated throughout. Please make arrangements and be prepared in the event of the following:

A - School closed all day due to snow

B- School partially closed all day (e.g. if some staff cannot get in)
C - Delayed opening due to heavy snow first thing
D - Early collecting due to heavy snowfall after school has opened.

We will keep you updated and informed as quickly as we can through our normal channels of communication (e.g. via text message and website 'latest news').
