Each Wednesday afternoon we have scheduled in PE. This can take any form:
* Ball games in the garden
* An assault course which all the family can join in on
* A family walk/bike ride/run etc
* A fitness dvd
* Joe Wicks or any other personal trainer's live stream
* Dancing around your bedroom for an hour (Yes you can do TikTok )
Or anything else you can come up with to keep you fit and active.
