Key Stage 1 enjoyed sharing photographs and artefacts from their own lives. They used these artefacts to describe their own memories, and they ordered them to create a personal timeline. This activity helped to introduce the Key Stage 1 children to the concept of chronology.



The KS1 Blossoms also generated a list of questions they would like to ask their grandparents about what life was like when they were younger. The children got the chance to gather the answers to their questions at the grandparents' tea party.
