We studied the work of the abstract artist, Jackson Pollock. We enjoyed creating pieces of art inspired by Pollock, replicating his preferred techniques of dripping, daubing and spraying paint.

We looked at a range of electrical devices and we sorted them based on whether they were mains or battery operated. We diagnosed problems in electrical appliances that had stopped working and used the knowledge we had gained to offer solutions.

In geography, we went on a local walk to find features of our locality. We sorted the features we located into physical and human features.

We were even lucky enough to enjoy an ice cream courtesy of the kind staff at the Manor Park shop.
